iLab was founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that meaningful change happens when people are given the right tools, support, and opportunities to lead their own futures. We are a Minnesota-based social enterprise company grounded in co-creation, design thinking, and culturally responsive service.
Our work spans workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community impact — three interconnected pathways that together build stronger individuals, businesses, and communities. We don't deliver one-size-fits-all solutions. We listen, collaborate, and design practical approaches that respond to the unique realities of each client we serve.
